When talking about web application we mention the computer software application that is hosted in a browser-controlled environment on other words the application that is accessed over a network such as the Internet or an intranet.

J2ME consists of programming specifications and a special virtual machine, the K Virtual Machine that allows a J2ME-encoded program to run in the mobile device.

Cross Platform (Java) Applications

With Bahr Solutions It's easier than ever to create a cross platform application with Java code.

A cross-platform application may run on Microsoft Windows on the x86/x64 architecture, Linux on the x86/x64 architecture and Mac OS X on either the PowerPC or x86 based Apple Macintosh systems. A cross-platform application may run on as many as all existing platforms, or on as few as two platforms. In order for software to be considered cross-platform, it must be able to function on more than one computer architecture or operating system.
